Hail Storm in Melbourne - 6/3/2010

It hailed yesterday~
I was in the city at noon
The sky was dark and it feels like going to rain soon
me and my sister went into a bookstore and was looking for textbook
suddenly, the sky turn so dark as if it was at night!
it started raining heavily and it was so loud
I thought it was just heavy rain
but everyone was looking outside like something strange happens
then I saw real white droplets fall from the sky
its really ice....and they are ice cubes

it continued for about 10minutes
and it flooded some parts of the city
then we went home trying to escape from those flooded roads
we walked as usual to the subway which leads us home
omg~ it flooded down there........
then we used another road
damn....its even worst...it water level almost reach my knees
then we have no choice but to walk in the water
the water was cold....real cold...
our legs went numb just a second after we put our feet in
we crossed the subway...then it was okay to cross the bridge
and we though...yea..at least we can get home
we were wrong
the whole street after the bridge back to our apartment was flooded as well
damn...I almost lost my leg walking back coz the water was really cold
I was damn tired and I have to rush to work
luckilu I can use another road to get to my working place
but I was somehow late~

it rains again today...
that's why i end work 1 hour earlier today
it was so quite and there's no customer at all
I hope it won't hail tonight...
I'm tired of this kind of weather
